NOTES:

Most training plans begin with a single or series of benchmarking tests. This allows me to understand where you are now, and how to better provide training to help you reach your goals. Subsequent testing or re-testing will help track your progress, but the frequency of such analysis will depend on the type of training plan.

Any training plan can be administered via Google Calendar. I have found that this free service offered by google is a highly effective method of communication and training administration. It is also very easy to use, especially with the set of protocols I use to administer and regulate the training plans.

However, more advanced training plans may warrant the use of a subscription based service. I use Training Peaks as it is the “go-to” for athlete training and management. You can use a free account or pay for the premium service to access more advanced tools such as power analysis. I have a premium account with access to the advanced features – therefore it is not absolutely necessary for you to have a premium account unless you want to.

*I do not offer basic or general tune-ups. It is not in my best interest to do so, there is an ample number of bike shops in Vancouver who can offer those services for fair prices.

Fitting Services

· Basic bike sizing, $15.00

· I am not equipped or trained to do professional level bike “fits” but I can do general sizing. A free bike sizing is included with any training plan. I want to make sure my athletes are on bikes set-up to fit them properly.
