I arrived at Idlewild heavily pregnant and in need of a safe haven. The lovely people at Idlewild helped me welcome my two beautiful kids into the world, Tilly and Jimmy. I couldn’t have had my kids in a better place and the best part is, thanks to Idlewild, we are all still together as a family. We will often be found roaming the beautiful fields of this Welsh countryside, we are very lucky to live all together in this amazing sanctuary. Direct Debit Guarantee

This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay direct debits If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your direct debit Idlewild Animal Sanctuary will

notify you within 5 working days in advance of your accounts being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Idlewild Animal sanctuary to collect a payment, confirmation for the amount and date will be given at the time of request.

If an error is made in the payment of your direct debit by Idlewild Animal Sanctuary or your bank or building society, you’re entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount payed from your bank or building society – if you receive a refund you are not entitled to you must pay it back immediately to Idlewild Animal Sanctuary.

You can cancel your direct debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society, written conformation maybe required and we ask that you notify Idlewild Animal Sanctuary as soon as possible.
