Dictionary is different from a regular one because it has a lot more subjects. The Student’s dictionary also has math, science, geography, grammar, pronunciations, and civics. To me, the dictionary is a book filled with everything we will probably ever learn. If we didn’t have the Student’s Dictionary, it wouldn’t be easy to learn the meaning and definition to certain words, the multiplication table, about the U.S. states (like Hawaii), the presidents, politics, and more. The Student’s Dictionary helped me learn many new words. I also learned about history, civics, and planets. I also learned about the longest word in the English language, the difference between a megabyte and a gigabyte, and about President Andrew Jackson.

The dictionary helps me find words quicker than a computer. On the computer it takes longer to look up words and it uses energy.
