Dear Parents, Assalam-o-Alaikum
We welcome you to AIMS Education System founded in 1998 in order to make up the deficiency present in all kinds of prevailing education system. So modern education has been integrated with Islamic teachings and values here. Following preliminary information has been brought into your kind knowledge in order to facilitate you to plan the academic schedule of your ward.
1.2. Your child’s first dayWhat to expect
Your child is to come dressed in full school uniform. Arrive by at least 07:50. Bring a healthy packed lunch in your child’s school bag. Each learner will receive a badge with their name so that all staff members and children can get to
know and assist your child. Once your child looks comfortable and settled, he/she will be given a fun activity to do. At this stage it is advisable to say a confident but reassuring good-bye Your child will be in the capable and loving care of their teacher. Go home and have a good cup of tea. Be assured all will be well. The students should come alongwith prescribed books and stationary items according to the booklist
available at the book shops. You can collect your child at 02:05 from their classroom. Children who are going to aftercare will be taken by their teacher to the aftercare teachers. Your child can be fetched at aftercare or signed out by their designated transport driver. Please note that aftercare ends at 02:30.

examination if they have studies 45 days or more in the same term. However, they will appear only in four papers if they have studied for less than 45 days in the same term
Note : there will be no relation for Hifz / Nazra students in C.W, H.W and other activities
Position Holders:Position holders will be selected from across the whole year session and from that class also. Position holders will only qualify if they
have taken part in both exams. Left over position holders will be replaced with the existing students. Conditional promotion: Students failed to meet the promotion criteria can be promoted conditionally. In such cases parents will sign an affidavit.
Failure Policy:Students failing in:

Here is the policy of incomplete H.W of students or test not prepared for the next term.
a) First time A verbal warning will be issued, which will be noted on the diary for parents information.
b) Second time Students will stay with the teacher during break to complete their pending work & note in the diary to parents.
c) Third time Students will be asked to stay till 06:30 pm with their teacher to finish their homework or to prepare their test.
