Hummus

Method1. Open the chickpeas and use the

blender.3. Use the juice squeezer to remove the juice from the lemon

and pour it in to the blender.4. Crush the garlic and add to the

blender with the tahini.5. Place the lid on the blender and

1x15ml spoon of water.7. Place the lid on the blender and

switch on for 15-20seconds.

8. Repeat stages 5-6 until a smooth paste is produced.

9. Serve.

Salsa

Method1. Chop the cucumber and

5. Place all the chopped ingredients into a mixing bowland add the olive oil and a 5ml

spoon of the lemonjuice.

6. Mix all the ingredients together.

7. Cover and leave in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Sardine Dip

Method1. Open the sardines and use the

sieve to drain away thespring water.

2. Tip the drained sardines into the mixing bowl.

3. Spoon the low fat soft cheese into the mixing bowl.

4. Use the juice squeezer to remove the juice from the

lemon and then add the juice to the mixing bowl.

5. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and serve.
