1. Here is a slideshow of the first 50 images, provided as a sample. I realize these are difficult to read in this format, so I am providing links to all 209 images below. The original I photographed is at the US Library of Congress, Washington DC. As I recall there are six volumes. Date of publication is 1956. The record of physical characteristics of the objects in the catalog is obviously valuable to any study of Spanish cannon. I have found some inexplicable lapses in the few parts of the catalog I have attempted to translate for my own use, for example, a group of identical small Spanish howitzers being identified in the catalog as captured British pieces. If those were recaptured, which is one possible explanation, the catalog text does not make that point.
