The following conditions apply to this Request for Qualifications. This Addendum is issued prior to closing to provide revisions, clarification or supplemental terms and or conditions as noted herein. All such revisions, clarifications or supplemental terms and or conditions will become part of the Qualifications Documents and Work, and the effects shall be included in the Qualifications l Price. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents.

2.0 CLOSING DATE EXTENSION

2.1 Responses must be received at the GDL Reception Desk, at the address above, before 2:00:00 p.m. Edmonton Time on October 7, 2015 (the “Closing Date”) as designated by the clock at the Reception Desk. Accordingly, a Response received at the stroke of 2:00:00 p.m. or after, is deemed late, and will be returned unopened to sender. GDL is not responsible for the timeliness of documents delivered nor will GDL accept any Response delivered to a location other than the Reception Desk at the specified address;

3.0 REVISED BUDGET

3.1 The budget shall be revised from $200M to $150M to $170M.

4.0 SCHEDULE 2 REV 1.0

4.1 Schedule 2 has been deleted in its and Schedule 2 Rev 1.0 replaces it in its stead. Schedule 2 Rev 1.0 has been posted as a separate word document.
