Add 3-4 drops of blue food coloring or more (optional). Next, add baby oil or vegetable oil and leave a little space at the top before putting the lid on. Be sure to seal the cover tightly. Shake the bottle gently and watch the movement of the waves!

Take a picture of it and send it to me before eating and enjoying it!
