Notes
Delegates are responsible for their own costs of travel to South Africa, and accommodation costs in Ladysmith. A complimentary shuttle will be supplied from Johannesburg to Ladysmith and return for international guests on Monday, 24 October, and Friday 28 October 2016.
The collection and drop off point will be near the Gautrain Station in Sandton, Johannesburg. Exact point will be communicated to delegates closer to the event.
Activities such as lunches, health breaks, informal and formal functions, dinners and field trips to power stations and local transport will be covered by the host organisation and sponsors.
Registration will be at the Ladysmith Museum, situated in the centre of Ladysmith, from 14h00 to 20h00 on the 24th October. Further registration opportunities will be available at the Conference venue on the Tuesday
The Symposium will take place at the Ingula Power Station, situated approximately 30 minutes northwest of Ladysmith. Transport to the site will be provided from Ladysmith.
