Hanukah: Our RME focus this term will be about the Jewish celebration of Hanukah. WE will look at how Jewish people celebrate and compare to the Christian festival of Christmas.

Our next Curiosity Case will feature objects of the past. Some children have shown an interest in old schools so we will be learning more about them and how they are different from schools today.

As Christmas approaches we will be using our art skills to print our very own Christmas paper and mould clay into a decoration.

Our school values are: SAFE, READY, RESPECTED.

For those who have gone over and above throughout the week are rewarded with a certificate given by a member of management and a delicious treat of a hot chocolate and cake.

We also have over and above certificates which can be given out by any member within the school. This is for anyone who is demonstrating our school values consistently.

Within our class we have a recognition board which our learning can get on by achieving the positive expectation. We have been focusing on using a quiet voice within the classroom.
