Package DescriptionThis package provides up to 4 days of on-site installation and confi guration support for Portal for ArcGIS software on 1 customer provided physical or virtual server. On-site time is expected to focus on standard Portal for ArcGIS technology topics such as:

• A standard organizational assessment • Installation and confi guration of the Portal

for ArcGIS Software• Confi guring organizational settings including color

scheme, logos, and graphics• Identifying and loading a sample of representative

content • Creating a sample of representative web maps • Best practices knowledge transfer for authoring

and sharing content• Additional feature overviews such as publishing

content, accessing content with mobile devices • Additional knowledge transfer topics on:

− Using the management console and administrative tools− Operations and maintenance− Data management− Securing content− Creating and confi guring existing web app templates− Cartographic considerations

A pre-visit questionnaire will be provided prior to the on-site engagement to collect information on the current implementation. Our technical consultant will review the questionnaire results as the basis of developing an understanding of key requirements.
