Convenience – didn’t have to leave their desk No travel – saved time and $ Materials available before the session Access to National presenters/contacts Could submit questions without interrupting the

Need to have multiple presenters (3) Interaction is critical Opportunity for Q&A between presenters Visuals are important (slides, text boards, polls,
application sharing – web tours)
