INNOVATION

Centurion Garage Doors’ sectional door weather seals are UV stabilsed & impact modified, thereby making them suitable for use in outdoor applications. The PVC weather seals are RoHS compliant and meet the requirements of both AS3959 & AS1530 standards which relates to their Flammability index of less than 5. By meeting these requirements, both side/head weather seals are rated to a BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) 40.

Our top seal fits directly to the top panel of the door, It is designed to travel with the door and then close against the head of the opening in the closed position.

Our unique Cindersafe vertical seal has been designed to work in conjunction with our exclusive track system. The seal clips neatly around the door track and seals against the house structure and door panel.

BAL Fire Rating

BAL Low : There is insu�cient risk to warrant specific construction requirements

BAL 12.5: Low risk with slight ember attack

BAL 19, 29: Moderate risk with increasing ember and heat flux levels

BAL 40: Very high risk with increasing ember and heat flux levels. Has increased likelihood of exposure to flames

BAL FZ (Flame Zone): Extreme risk with direct exposure to flames in addition to increased heat flux and ember attack

CINDERSAFE FEATURES • Quick and easy to install without the need to drill additional holes in your walls & ceiling.

• Able to be retro fitted to existing Centurion® doors (gen3 track only) to allow home owners additional peace of mind and simple product upgrade.

• A more cost effective method of achieving Bush Attack Level up to BAL40.

• Can be easily removed to allow finishing trades such as painters easy access to complete, then simply clip back in place.
