"Luxury is the ease of a t-shirt in a very expensive dress." ―Karl Lagerfeld

Couture is the design and manufacture of fashionable clothes to a client's specific requirements and measurements.

Wearable art, also known as Art wear or "art to wear", refers to individually designed pieces of (usually) handmade clothing or jewelry created as fine or

expressive art.

The Design Process

Creating wearable art that is both inspired and relevant for life outside the runway.

Beyond the RunwayOne of the main goals of this piece is to draw a parallel between the relevance of a couture garment and the inspired, creative nature of wearable art. This is a work that embodies the spiral galaxies in a wearable piece that appeals to the modern consumer both on and off the runway.
