Rodent’s Gazette The January 2004 Volume 1, Issue 1 What you’re holding in your paws right now is the first issue of The Rodent’s Gazette. You may not have heard of this newspaper before — but it’s the number one source of news in all of New Mouse City. I’ve been traveling around the United States a lot recently, and I discovered a shocking fact — there are no newspapers by, for, and about mice! When I got back to my office, I called the staff in and told them we were going to expand the paper. They couldn’t believe it at first, but we all agreed: YOU should be able to read about the happenings on Mouse Island too! So, here it is, the very first issue. Inside, you’ll find stories and activities, as well as information on how you can get involved and write for The Rodent’s Gazette. I hope you enjoy this issue — and be on the lookout for more!
