We have recently put together a facility for the more ‘niche’ type of Professional Indemnity business including;

The cover that can be provided under this facility is PI, D&O and ODL (Outside Directorship Liability)

Cover under this facility can be provided up to Limit: GBP 1,000,000 or currency equivalent.

Corporate Service Providers – Company Administrators, Formation & Administration of Trusts, Company Formation, Company Secretarial Services, Captive Management, Provision of Directors or Officers etc.

Risks can be considered on a Direct or Reinsurance basis.
