Image Quality Control

Stage data from client hard drive to storage server: Our specialized software ensured original document metadata

remained unchanged.

Import data in LAW: Data (primarily in Korean) resulted in new errors, resolved with LAW Technical support.

Perform Term Search Culling: Search terms were both in English and Korean. Boolean and Proximity searches were performed.

OCR Documents: Appropriate processing support software for OCR of Korean documents was researched. OCR text generated for exported documents and merged back into LAW. For this a custom,in‐house application was developed to process and move OCR text files as per the structure defined by LAW.

Export Process: Completed in batches. Rigorous QC to follow up the output produced.

Data Delivery: Data was delivered to client on secure hard drives.

• Complete EDD process: from downloading FTPhoused data to importing the data into LAW, processing it as per the SOW and exporting metadata text, tiff and load files.
