As the Cravia family navigates its way through arguably the most challenging time in its history, we stop to reflect and think about what the true essence and culture of Cravia is.

I have always believed it’s the people and their attitude towards their company and its customers.
It’s the front-liners who are the face of our business and represent who and what we are all about.
It’s our call centres, who are the refreshing, pleasant voice of Cravia, helping our customers with their needs.
It’s our riders, who deliver our food safely, quickly, and efficiently to satisfy our customer expectations.
It’s our CKs, who are the skilled staff that prepare our food with consistency and dedication.
It’s our back-of-house staff, who ensure optimum quality and safety of the tastiest products as they energetically prepare our food with passion.
It’s our front-of house staff, who always greet our customers with the biggest smiles and are willing to happily tend to all their needs.
All of these Cravians as well as our great support staff in operations, supply chain, HR, finance, and legal are what makes us a great and strong family.
People are the most important factor in making a company great, not the buildings or products. There will be times when it will seem extremely hard, but these times will pass if we support our fellow Cravians.Thank you, front-liners, and thank you everyone.

SHARING IS CARING
We distributed food packages from Zaatar w Zeit, Cinnabon, and Seattle’s Best Coffee to the real heroes who are working to protect us day and night.
This was a small gesture to reignite the community spirit and demonstrate solidarity with our healthcare workers. Those who received the Ramadan meal boxes included healthcare and
essential workers and volunteers.

The month of Ramadan means there are plenty of options for you to choose from to make each ofyour iftar meals a memorable one.
Known for its extravagant buffets and Iftar meals, this year the UAE was no different.There were Ramadan offers for people with sweet cravings from Cinnabon: the date twists, the bites Ramadan-branded box, and the bake DIY box.

During Ramadan, Muslims worldwide fast every day from sunrise to sunset.
Young children, the elderly and others are not expected to fast.

After the last day of Ramadan, on Eid-al-Fitr, the greeting changes to “Eid Mubarak”.
You can express well-wishes for Ramadan by saying “Ramadan Kareem” (“Have a generous Ramadan”) or “Ramadan Mubarak” (which can translate as “Happy Ramadan).”
