In 2003, FileTex Plaster and Reinforcement Mesh sales were started.In 2004, FileTex Natural Stone and Marble Protection Mesh sales were started. In 2005, GeoArme site applications began to be implemented. And geosynthetics engineering services were introduced. In 2006, TrioTex Roofing and Facade Covering sales started.In 2008, Started the sale of asphalt additives and bitumen modifiers.In 2009, GeoSeal PVC tunnel insulation applications implementation began. FiberCon Fibers are used in concrete to control cracking due to plastic shrinkage and to drying shrinkage.They also reduce the permeability of concrete and thus reduce water bleeding. FiberCon MLF & FF type fibers produce greater impact-abrasion-and shatter- resistance in concrete. FiberCon Macro Fibers are used on pavements, slab on ground and shotcrete applications.

Epoxİstt product group includes different types of epoxy resins and gels developed to protect the natural stone slabs and blocks, by impregnation, repair and infusion. ForTex is a large product group meets the reinforcement requirements for different civil constructions. It consists of; - ForTex GG, woven high-strength polyester geogrid, - ForTex GT, woven geotextile weaved PP (polypropylene) and PET (polyester) - ForTex PS, polymer geosynthetic strap, - ForTex GC is woven polyester geogrids with PP (polypropylene) non-woven geotextile.

Geosynthetics are synthetic products used to stabilize terrain. They are polymeric products used to solve civil engineering problems. The polymeric nature of the products makes them suitable for use in the ground where high levels of durability are required. They can also be used in exposed applications. Geosynthetics are available in a wide range of forms and materials. These products have a wide range of applications and are currently used in many civil, geotechnical, transportation, geoenvironmental, hydraulic, and private development applications including roads, airfields, railroads, embankments, retaining structures, reservoirs, canals, dams, erosion control, sediment control, landfill liners, landfill covers, mining, aquaculture and agriculture.

Geosynthetics

GeoSeal PVC Membranes are very soft easy to apply waterproof and impermeable membranes. It elongates up to %250 without losing its capabilities. Widely used in tunnels, water resorvoirs, irrigation channels, retaining concrete walls and building foundations.

GeoSeal HDPE Membranes are waterproof and impermeable membranes, made of high density polyethylene resin, used widely in applications of solid waste and mine waste landfills, wastewater treatment plants, irrigation canals and ponds and tunnel waterproofing.

Erosion control products made from polyethylene or polypropylene are used to prevent surface erosion caused by wind and water in the pre-planting on slopes.

GeoTorba Coastal Retaining Structural Member; these are special purpose oversized bags sewed by high strength polypropylene fabric with high strength yarns for use for pipeline padding, coastal filtering and mechanical filtration purposes.

TrioTex is a flexible and breathable semi-permeable membrane produced by bonding a microporous film layer between two spunbond textile layers by thermal treatment.

TrioTex Breathing Roof and Facade Underlays

AquaLay is a multi layered new generation water-impermeable membrane which is flexible and easy to apply. It consists of two layers of EVAC layer with two sides coated with nonwoven geotextile. By the help of geotextile surfaces, it provides excellent adhesion and cohesion to tile adhesive on the horizontal surfaces as well as the steep walls.

TekDrain, made of HDPE, supplies wide usage area, vertically and horizontally; as the protective layer-resistant to plant roots and rot-that separates the curtain wall from soil by protecting against water and humidity.

Insulation Products

TekFix are the products used to fix the insulation boards and one of the thermal insulation (ETIC’s) system components to brick walls or concrete surfaces.

FileTex is the product that fully meets the desired technical requirements to be used as reinforcement member in plaster works of interior and exterior walls of the structures and heat and waterproofing system applications.

ProfilEx profiles used to complete the structure’s thermal insulation (ETIC) and plaster applications providing the proper horizontal or vertical gaps around the windows, edges corners, etc.

It is a green roof system laid on the roof terrace and parking level of buildings. GeoGreen respectively consists of a root protection foil, protective and moisturizing nonwoven geotextile, a green roof drainage board and a non-woven geotextile filter layer.

Epoxİstt Mega Resin is the super filler for the facial cracks and holes over 2 mm. on the natural stones. Epoxİstt Mega Block Gel strengthens the stone block and prevent from the loss of slabs during the cutting. It is applied with the FileTex natural Stone mesh.Epoxİstt Mega Plate Gel is a super filler for the holes wider than 2 mm. on the natural stones.
