2INTERNSHIP MANAGEMENT
3SKILLS PROGRAMMESThe short skills learning intervention has been designed as an occupationally based, short term learning programme. When successfully completed by the learner, it constitutes credits towards a qualification registered on the NQF. The Skills Programme comprises of a cluster of unit standards derived from the same qualification between 25 and 60 credits
Examples of Skills Programmes include: Business Communication, Problem-Solving, Health and Safety, Business Administration, Project Management, Conflict handling, Mechanical Principals, Earth-moving specials etc
4DISABILITY TRAININGWe conduct the recruitment, pre-assessment and training. We have successfully managed disability learnerships and skills programmes for reputable clients across all industries.
An internship is a structured and monitored workplace experience gained through exposure and interactions within a real work environment. We assist in managing a structured programme to bridge the gap between education platform and the working world. We manage all correspondence and reporting to the relevant SETA.
