Rest assured that we are passionate about making sure every-thing is completed so that it meets our standards for quality and construction. Epcon’s QualityMarkTM inspection process makes that happen for all of our future homeowners.
The Quality Mark Program is a quality control system managed independently from our construction staff. The purpose is to provide a fresh set of eyes doing a thorough inspection of every home at key intervals throughout the construction process and prior to closing. The goal is to certify that key benchmarks are met during the building process and if any items are found, they are addressed at that time. This Quality Mark Program is in addition to the individual inspections and checklists that are completed by each of our construction trades and our construction supervision during the process.
Your new home experience does not stop upon your move-in. Your new home warranty will be in place for a period of one year. You may provide a “45-day” list approximately 6 weeks after closing of any small items that arise after you move in and at one year from your closing we will complete any necessary drywall touch ups necessitated by the settling and seasoning in of your new home.
