Manta’s anthem refers to the city as “Nereid” in a warm tribute to its people. The Nereids were mythological figures of the sea, endowed with remarkable beauty and friendliness. Our project NEREA, therefore, honors such allusion.
Such simple, yet sensitive analogy describes the wonderful hospitality of Manta’s residents. It also accounts for the notable characteristics of our project “Nerea: face of the Pacific.” In consequence, each unit is named after a Nereid.
Take a moment to look over this brochure. It outlines the main features of an opportunity to own a piece of the Pacific coast. We are proud to introduce Nerea.

MANTA showcases wide beaches and exquisite gastronomy, in addition to a stable, warm weather yearlong, due to its location on the Ecuadorean coast. It is a highly active touristic destination for nationals and foreigners.
Manta provides a vibrant environment to Nerea’s residents, with services, restaurants, and city amenities. Manta is also provided with the necessary infrastructure to sustain its tourists, including its own airport.
Barbasquillo is mostly a residential zone, conveniently close to the city’s center, yet distant enough to allow a calm retreat.

Available on floors 2-7. There are two units, paired against each other, per floor, for a total of twelve (12) units in the building.
The design of the suite makes a clear distinction among social and private areas. The living room and dining room have access to the balcony, while the bedroom is located to the other end of the unit. The country kitchen and bathroom separate the bedroom from the social areas.
Unlike the other units, the suites do not include a laundry room. They benefit from a communal laundry room in the ground floor.
