With Polyrey Signature Digital Laminate you benefit from all the qualities of HPL and Compact solid grade laminate, without having to worry about its strength.

The composition of the Signature product is the same as the Polyrey HPL laminate. A core composed of layers of kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting resins, a decorative sheet and a protective overlay which provides excellent surface resistance.

The usual decorative sheet is replaced with your personalised design which is printed on white paper.

Manufacturing laminate since 1956, Polyrey has two French factories which are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and is committed to the quality and perfor-mance of its decorative boards for interior fitting.

The reliability of Polyrey products is also guaranteed with the Personalised Signature HPL laminate. The qualities required by the European standard EN 438 for HPL Laminates have been tested and verified for Signature Personalised HPL Laminate. Therefore, the mechanical, surface and fire resistance properties regarding Signature HPL also conform to standard EN 438 and guarantees the same quality for horizontal and vertical applications in interior use.

The customised decor is printed in high definition, with a technology which encapsulates the pigments to prevent them from being altered during lamina-ting at a high pressure and a high temperature. Resulting in deep and intense colours, which are made to last, without fading over time.

PEFC certification (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) establishes criteria for sustai-nable forest management that are more stringent than national regulatory requirements, in accor-dance with international standards, and ensures their enforcement. The PEFC label thus guarantees that our products have been sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Polyrey has been PEFC-certified since 2003 by the FCBA, an independent sustainable and environmen-tal management organisation, with the establishment of a chain of custody. The PEFC chain of custody certification is awarded to companies that can track and document the certified material throughout the entire manufacturing process, from the forest to the consumer, including all subsequent stages of procu-rement, processing, manufacturing, distribution and sale of certified goods.

Incorporated in the material to guarantee life-time antibacterial protec-tion, this biocide additive does not influence the technical and design performance of our treated products.A technological innovation which Polyrey was able to conduct thanks to an integrated manufacturing process, including the manufacture of our own resins. The silver ions encapsulated in the glass beads are activated upon contact with humidity. They neutralize the bacteria on the surface and stop cellular division, therefore limiting bacterial proliferation.

The Sanitized® treatment based on Ag+ ions is an inorganic solution, which does not migrate and does not change in time. The silver is a non toxic molecule, unlike synthe-tic and organic antimicrobial substances such as triclosan.

Due to the digital printing technologies used for Signature decors, your designs can not be reproduced on existing Polyrey decors (plain colours, woodgrains or patterns), as it would not result in a sufficient colorimetric match. It is therefore impossible to obtain a perfect unity between the standard HPL laminate and a personalised digital Signature laminate.

3. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A PREMIUM SERVICE

• Signature Projects can be ordered from a minimum order quantity of 2 panels.

• Each Signature sheet order can be produced in a different designs.

• Verification of the conformity of the printing files to the Signature bill of specification by Polyrey within a 48 hour period.

2. REQUEST A FREE PROTOTYPE

• One free prototype per project.

• Prototype produced to the actual scale required for the project.

• Prototype stage compulsory to guarantee a quality result.

• Must be approved in writing by the client before the production of Signature boards begins.

• Prototype dispatched within a maximum lead time of 3 weeks from the receipt of the approval form and once the file has been validated.
