We ask that guests at our dojo (karate school) follow

these house rules at all times:

1. RESPECT others at all �mes

2. No shoes on the mat, no bare feet in the restroom

3. Stay off the mirrors

4. No climbing on equipment, no horseplay

5. Food & drinks in the party room only

6. EVERY person on the mats must have a signed release form

AFK Birthday Party Information:

1. All par�es include 10 guests. Each addi�onal guest is $12.50. Parents may watch the

class from the lobby. Birthday child's parents can be on the mat for pictures.

2. 50% deposit is due at the �me of reserva�on. We book up quickly, please schedule

in advance! The party will be considered booked when the contract and deposit are

received.

3. Each child a6ending the party will receive a gi7 cer�ficate for 2 weeks of FREE

classes compliments of AFK.

4. Current AFK students get 10% off birthday party packages!

5. We can provide popcorn from our old-fashioned popcorn machine for $30.

6. Bounce House for small children can be added for $40.

7. We set up & cleanup for $35.

8. Please take care of our mirrors, broken panels will result in a $200 charge to replace.

9. If you want a custom birthday party, please contact to discuss. Custom ideas include:

movie nights, nerf wars, cra7s, SAFE Kids par�es, etc.

10. Cancella�ons will be refunded if received 1 week before the party, less half of the

deposit.
