What We BelieveAmrit Vidyalaya is an English Medium, co-educational school, set up in 1995, with a vision of developing well-rounded individuals with leadership potential. Amrit is a unique school that gives its children access to world-class learning environment and inputs in a relatively backward region of the state.

We believe in Child Centric Education that prepares the child to become a Balanced Thinker, Compassionate Leader and Responsible Citizen who strives for excellence in all walks of life.

Amrit children are encouraged to think, reflect, and apply their learning to real life situations. Considerable stress is laid towards Indian values and cultural/traditional systems. Simultaneously exposing students to the West and to modern technology/happenings of the 21st Century.

The focus is on inspiring, rather than instructing. Amrit teachers are expected to encourage their students to listen, absorb, experiment, and come to their own conclusions instead of just memorizing information.
