It is our great pleasure to provide an introduction

to this brochure that briefly outlines both what we

are trying to do, and how, in the earnest hope

that we might be able to work together in some

way in the future.

Bangor City Football Club is honestly working to be

right at the heart of the Bangor community.

If you have ideas or suggestions as to how we can

do things better, achieve more or help fund our

programmes and activities or improve our

community cohesion, we would be delighted to

hear from you. We would also be happy to try and

answer questions you may have about anything

referred to above or in this brochure. Bangor City

The Club A FAMILY CLUB At Bangor City we pride ourselves on being a family and

community orientated Football Club where everyone is made to feel welcome. We ask our fans to be respectful

and help us so that anyone coming to Bangor has a positive experience. We support an Inclusion and Anti

Discrimination Code of Practice. Our staff and stewards are here to help but will take action if it is felt that

language and behaviour are abusive or discriminatory. Throughout the season we have designated games

for Show Racism the Red Card and Stonewall Cymru's Rainbow Laces campaigns as well as supporting various

events and initiatives aimed at families and communities being more involved with the Citizens.

VSM BANGOR STADIUM Protracted negotiations between the club, councils and

developers led to Bangor City leaving the much-loved Farrar Road ground in the city centre in late 2011 and

moving to a new purpose-built stadium, on the banks of the Menai Straits. Immediately popular due to its excellent

playing surface and facilities, the Stadium has become the venue of choice for representative matches in North

West Wales. To date, the stadium has staged several UEFA Europa League matches, two Welsh Cup Finals and

numerous intermediate international matches featuring the Wales national teams.

Option 2: Birthday Parties For the football fan wanting to celebrate his or her birthday on Matchday, why not

hire an area of the Farrar Suite? Host your own party in the enclosed area before kick-off with catering supplied by our club caterers or bring your own food

along. For an extra special day, we can also organise for the birthday person to be a mascot, no matter what age, and enjoy all the benefits of visiting the team and

Sponsoring a first team player or member of the management or coaching staff is a great

The Citizen award-winning Matchday programme, professionally

produced, featuring matchday news, first glance at ‘From the Boardroom’

and other exclusive information.

Views on the day’s opposition and past performances from the Manager

and Captain and exclusive interviews with first-team players makes the

programme a collectable item for fans to keep hold of.

The matchday programmes are an integral part of every fans’

experience and is an ideal platform for businesses looking to reach the

Advertising in all Welsh Premier League home game programmes is a cost

The electronic scoreboard and time clock, situated on the half way line is

Throughout the season, Bangor City FC will have a number of events to raise money for the Club.

Sportsman's Dinner Invite your clients, colleagues or friends to an entertaining, black tie evening with a three course meal, comedian and sports personality regaling stories from their time as a footballer.

Golf Day A fantastic opportunity to get a team of four together to play against other teams in the annual BCFC Golf Day. With 18 holes of golf to play, your team can take the competition seriously or use the afternoon to play with friends or colleagues. The day finishes with a three-course meal, and of course, prize giving.

Community Cup Get your own football team together at the end of the season and play in the Community Cup on the main pitch at the VSM Bangor Stadium.

Fans Fun Day (Pre-season) This is a great opportunity for Bangor City FC Fans to get up close and personal with the first team players and management staff. We will have an open training session to give you the opportunity see what the players are put through on a daily basis. Meet new signings, have pictures taken and get your favourite players signatures in an autograph session. This will also include an 11-a-side match where we celebrate the clubs history with an Ex Bangor City FC XI vs …………… The day will also include inflatables, music, activities, food & drink available throughout the day.

If you are in need of a venue, for any occasion, The Farrar Suite is the perfect solution! Bangor City’s facilities are catered to allow a stress-free and well organised event of any type. Ideal for Sportsman's Dinners, Christenings, Conferences, Quiz Nights, BINGO, Dancing Evenings, Engagements & Weddings, Race Nights, Karaoke, Auctions and even wakes.

Our lounge has a fully licensed bar, disabled access and facilities. Whether you decide to bring your own food or use our catering team, they are experienced in helping your party or function go without a hitch.

Conference Facilities

With natural daylight flooding the room, full projector set-up available and room for 150 people, the Farrar Suite is perfect for any presentation.

Our catering team are on hand to ensure a steady supply of refreshments and can also organise lunches and dinners, from sandwiches to hot buffets to a sit down meal, you can even supply your own food.

Hire the Pitch

If you fancy holding your own match or tournament, then you can hire the pitch and stadium at the end of the season. We can also manage/run the tournament or match for you with music playing, score updates and live group tables and scores on projectors to keep your guests or clients updated throughout. You can also add our First Team players and management team to participate or hand out trophies. We can create a package that is ideal for you.

Bubble Football We are delighted to bring you one of the fastest growing and latest crazes to hit the UK. Perfect for team building days, birthdays, stag and hen do’s. We will provide you with all of the equipment, the pitch to play on as well as a qualified co-ordinator that will make your day action packaged, great fun with safety in mind. Ideal for both men and women as well as children from 10 upwards! Goggle Football This is an absolutely hilarious event which is simply bonkers to get your head around whether you are watching or taking part. The event entails a game of football whilst wearing goggles that make the ball 10x further away. Or closer to you. Watching the bemusement on their face is priceless! The smaller sided games have been developed in line with the goggles to not only enhance our event but to add the ultimate twist on the beautiful game. Ballseye “Football-Darts” So, you fancy yourself as a bit of a superstar?? Now it is your chance to get “180!”. You will be broken up into teams to compete against each other in a “ballseye” style game of football darts. On the reverse of the usual dartboard we have the prizeboard! Here is your chance to attach forfeits to different numbers, keep out of the black and into the red! As we aim to punish the stag or boss. A fantastic event for any football loving group, why not combine this with one of our other events to create the perfect mix for your group.



Do something different at Powerleague. Make use of our excellent facilities to

host your corporate event. Whether it’s a football tournament, sports day or

use of our bar and lounge for your staff. It's World Cup year, and you are sure to
