PROCESS INSTRUMENTS THERMOX ® www.ametekpi.com WDG 210/INSITU LOW-COST FLUE GAS OXYGEN ANALYZER The WDG 210/Insitu is a cost- effective, rugged and reliable flue gas analyzer for net oxygen. It uses industry-proven zirconium oxide sensor technology and has built-in diagnostics and over-temperature cell protection circuitry. The outer probe is highly corrosion resistant and designed for continuous use with minimum attention. The unique design of the Insitu sensor allows the inner tube structure, where the oxygen cell and thermocouple/ furnace assembly are housed, to be easily removed from the outer protection tube, which remains in the process. Since the unit is field serviceable with easy access to all components, there is no need to return the probe to the factory, eliminating extensive downtime and expensive repairs. This analyzer is ideal for anyone looking for a cost effective solution to their oxygen monitoring needs. WDG 210/INSITU PROBE Principle of Operation: Direct-sensing insitu probe using zirconium oxide. Completely field serviceable. Output Range: From 0-1% to 0-100% O 2 Accuracy (O 2 ): ±1% of measured value or ±0.05% oxygen, whichever is greater Response: 63% of a step change in < 20 seconds Drift: < 0.1% of cell output per month (less than 0.005% O 2 per month with 2% O 2 applied) Linearity: ±1% of output span Repeatability: ±1% of output span Max. Flue Gas Temp: 1250°F (677°C) Environment: Indoor/Outdoor Use Ambient Temp: -5°F to 160°F (-20°C to 71°C) Relative Humidity: 10% to 80%, non- condensing Enclosure: NEMA 4X. Optional: CE 0081, Ex II 2 G, EEx d IIC T3 (.5 m, 1 m, 2 m probe lengths only), or NEC explosion proof and purged versions available. (Purged version for subatmospheric process pressure only.)
