Our Credit Collection service is structured in three possible phases:

• the extrajudical phase includes activities with increasing deterrence toward the debtor (up to home collection)

• the pre-legal phase provides a formal notice to the debtor to offer a last chance to close the debt position in pre-judicial

• The legal phase is activated ex-novo or in case of negative result of previous phases. We identify the most appropriate legal action and manage the eventual procedure
