Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches: SUNDAY PRAYER LINK
Christ is Risen! He is Risen indeed! Please pray on this Resurrection Sun-day that we will live out the full reality of His resurrection and Kingdom in all areas of day-to-day life. Please also remember in prayer Mark Cameron, Executive Director of Atlan-tic Baptist Housing (formerly called Atlantic Baptist Senior Citizens’ Homes Inc.), as he gives leadership in an im-portant ministry in our CABC, providing care to our loved ones in areas of housing and care for seniors. Pray as they are continually working on new projects, as well as consulting and partnering with our churches.
CBM PRAYERLINE Global May this Easter Sunday be a meaningful time of quiet reflection and time spent with God. As we remember the sacrificial love of God, through His son Jesus on the cross, may we experience a time of repentance and renewal, when our sin and the power of death was con-quered forever. Pray that God may continue to help us to lay down our lives before Him daily, to live life in acknowledgement of Jesus as Lord and King over our lives.
Cuba First Baptist Church Charlottetown is sending a short-term mission team to Cuba next Monday, to carry out children's and women's ministry through CBM's partner FIBAC, the Fraternity of Baptist Churches in Cuba. Please pray for this team as they work alongside our Cuban part-ners in ministry, to build fruitful relationships with women they work together with in teaching useful skills for income generation. Pray for their health & safety as well.
Germany Please pray for Lewis and Felain Lam, CBM Field Staff in Germany, ministering to Chinese students studying in Germany. Pray for their Easter Discipleship Camp this weekend, that the Lord may use the camp to motivate more Christians to commit their lives to serve the Lord. Lewis is the chairperson of the camp and Felain is one of the workshop speakers, so pray for opportunities for the Gospel message to be heard and for the growth and strengthen-ing of the Church community in Germany.
Brussels, Belgium Please pray for Patrick and Ria Deneut. Patrick requested prayer after the bombings this past Tuesday. He writes: “The army is in the streets protecting the train station, churches, public transportation… Please pray for us!
