• Our joints endure an unbelievable amount
of stress. They attach your bones, support
your weight and allow you to move.
• Joint pain can be caused by a no. of
different factors, which range from
wounds, trauma, disease, strains and
sprains, even osteoporosis.
• Arthritis can also cause joint pain, but joint
pain often differs from person to person.
Ice therapy
• Cold temperatures diminish blood flow,
and therefore decrease tissue swelling.
The first time you experience pain, apply
an ice pack on the affected area every
hour for the majority of the day for a
duration of 15 minutes.
• Keep in mind, to avoid ice burns, do not
place the ice straight way on the skin,
instead wrap it in a towel or washcloth.
Hydrotherapy
• Warm water will relieve pressure on
joints and muscles, so a pleasant
warmth bath can do magic for
alleviating joint pain in your knees and
hips.
• Immerse the affected area in the water
and massage it in order to encourage
blood flow
Massage
• A massage is an exceptional means by
which to relieve joint pain in your knees
and hips. Either have it done by special
professionals, or do it at home.
• If you are doing it on your own in your
house, try massaging the affected area
with a menthol rub to help ease the pain.
• Remember when you message your
body, the direction of your strokes should
always be toward the heart.
Exercise

that allows you to move within the limits of
your pain and does not cause additional
pain to the joints.
• Many times joint pain can be relived by
small exercise and stretching.
• Exercise can enhance the strength and
flexibility of your joints, thus preventing
potential joint pain.

• Medications are also known as non-
steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, because
they’re intended to fight the inflammation
that contributes to sore joints.
• Certain medicines, such as Flex freak, are
great for joint pain relief. Non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory drugs will aid in relieving
joint swelling and stiffness, and help in
reducing muscle spasms..
