DathünOne month retreat based on sitting
meditation practice, including teachings, periods of silence and contemplative
meals (oryoki). Open to all practitioners with the recommendation of their meditation instructor or a teacher.

Sangha Retreat and Enlightened World
are public programs taught by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Acharyas.
Retreats in residential centres
Shambhala-buddhist courses are offered in parallel to these
programs for those who wish to deepen their understanding of Buddhist teachings
on topics such as karma, egolessness, compassion, etc.

Teachings
Refuge VowThose who would like to officially mark their entrance to the Buddhist path can request to take their refuge vow at the occasion of a program with an Acharya.

is recommended for those contemplating taking the vow.
Bodhisattva VowPrerequisite: Refuge vow at least six months prior, preliminary interview
with your meditation instructor.
