1. Renovate Waverley Building – 725 StudentsStrategic renovations to the exterior and interior with minimal demolition and additional space.

2. Renovation/ Addition to Waverley Building Complete renovation of the existing facility, extensive demolition of existing partitions, and construction of additional space to meet the Ed Spec requirements.

expansion • Addition has better ceiling height for

classes• New right sized gym• Orientation of new classroom wing is best

for quality natural light

Cons:• Inefficiencies due to renovation of existing

spaces• New gym difficult to integrate with the

existing building• Classrooms in existing wing lack natural

light without major renovation of the façade • Complex phasing because of the need to

renovate kitchen/dining area while it is being used
