Located in the southeast corner of the City of St. Louis, the Water Street Townhomes will provide the Caro-

ndelete neighborhood with new affordable housing to serve its burgeoning role as a hot bed for redevelop-

The first phase of the project includes the construction of thirty-four 700 - 1,800 sf multi-family residential

units on a single site just off Broadway. The townhomes are designed for pre-fabricated modular construc-
