WATER RECIRCULATING SYSTEM

Plate Type Closed Loop, Atmospheric Pressure Heat Exchanger System

Features/Benefits: Stainless steel plate & frame heat

exchanger operate on low plant waterflow and allow for cleaning of all heattransfer surfaces for high efficiencyand long life.

Stainless steel tank with easy accessfor inspection. Tank is constructed ofheavy gauge material to resist abuse

and corrosion. Also has three 1.5 NPTreturn ports.

Bronze pump with mechanical sealsand a stainless steel shaft to insure longterm reliability. Electric motor is totallyenclosed, fan-cooled, NEMA designB ball-bearing type for safe and longlasting operation.

Modulating temperature control valveutilizes plant water to cool system wateronly when system water exceeds apre-set temperature 95 F (warmer than

ambient temperature water eliminatesthe possibility of condensate forminginside electrical enclosures).

Dial thermometer on tank shows watertemperature for quick trouble shooting.

Self-contained disconnect/motorstarter/push button control allows theWRS to interconnect easily with theinduction system without specialcontrols being added.

Screw-in filler cap keeps dirt and debris

out of system water. Suction shut-offvalve for easy pump replacement.

Y-Strainer to assure water cleanliness.

Liquid level sight glass onreservoir wall gives instant determinationof safe water level.

The Inductoheat Water RecirculatingSystem (WRS) is a closed-loop,atmospheric pressure heat exchangersystem designed and built to workwith any make of induction heatingequipment. Its furnished completewith heat exchanger, reservoir,pump, instruments and controls.

All components are non-ferrous andpre-plumbed to allow the WRS to tieinto any new or existing inductionsystem with ease.

Our WRS will serve as the coreof a cooling water supply systemfor one or more induction heatersremoving the heat collected inlow-conductivity cooling waterquickly and efficiently.Its made withcarefully selected, well-engineeredcomponents that resist corrosion

WATER SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Pump motor requires 3 phase, 460V, 60 Hzelectrical power.

2. Plant water entering heat exchanger must be nowarmer than 85 F and at a pressure sufficientto overcome a 30 psi pressure drop through theheat exchanger and modulating valve.

3. Output of WRS will be no warmer than 95 F

and at a minimum of 40 psi pressure.
