2012 2 OctoberExplanation: We can see the remains of an ancient stream. On the rocks we can see the erosion by the stream. This image was made by the robotic Rover Curiosity and in my opinion this imagen is very interesting because we think about if there are or there was life on other planets as Mars and if we are alone in the iniverse

AURORAS IN GRENLEAND

Explanation: During the Shelios Expedition to Greenland sky watches saw auroras colorful as picture. In the aurora we can see a head of a goat Cassiopea, Perseus, Pegasus, Pisces and Cygnus.The Shelios project exists for motivate students to consider a career in science as astronomy. We can also see a farm house in Tasiusaq, Kujalleq. Greenland. This picture was made with a normal camera and I think that it is very wonderful and nice because we can see it with own eyes and this for me is more `real´.

THE LIFE OF THE STARS

2012 4 October Explanation: At seven hundred light years from Earth there is a sun-like star is dying. Its last few thousand years have produced the Helix Nebula that is typical of this final phase of a star. We could study this nebula during forty-eight years. The red dots are hydrogen atoms and the blue dots are oxygen atoms. This image was made by the telescope Hubble. In my opinion this kind of images are very interesting because we can see as a star die.

ORION´S TRAPEZIUM

2012 6 OctoberExplanation: At the center of the Orion nebula there are four hot and massive stars (four white dots in the picture) know as the Trapezium at 1,5 years light between them. Scientists think that in the center is a black hole to explain the high velocities of the stars and this blach hole is the most nearest to the Earth.For me this picture is very interesting because we can know more abouth black hole and the consequences.
