1) Evaporation
• When the water gets hot by the sun it turns into water vapor

2) Condensation
• When the vapor rise up in the sky it gets cold and turns back to water drops inside the cloud

• When the clouds become heavy (full of water) the water falls on the ground as rain, hail, snow or sleet.
