IMPORTANT: The pesticide products listed on the attached Waste Pesticide Identification andDisposal program participant Inventory Form and / or Bill of Lading have been examined by theWashington State Department of Agriculture. Those products meeting the definition of a wastepesticide as defined in WAC 16-228-010 ( 24 ) have been accepted for disposal in accordance withRCW 15.58.045. Once released by the owner, the department will take possession and properlydispose of these unusable pesticides in accordance with state and federal requirements.

RELEASE: Those products accepted by the department are hereby released by the owner or theowner’s representative to the Washington State Department of Agriculture for proper disposal.
