• President Obama signed FY 2011 Budget on Friday, April 15th, 2011.

• Current budget will expire at the end of September, 2011.

President’s FY 2012 Budget Proposal

2012 Budget Request includes a total of $129 Billion for USDOT

o $556 Billion Six –Year surface reauthorization request

o $2.2 B for “Cross-Border” Transportation to improve the condition of LPOEs facilities at border crossing locations
