    Husky Quarterback HistorySince 1975, all of Washington’s first-string quarterbacks have ad-

    vanced to play professional football after their collegiate careers. A total of13 different Husky quarterbacks made the transition during this span with10 playing in the NFL, one in the USFL, and one in the CFL.

    Washington’s rich quarterback tradition has produced a total of 14 NFL

    quarterbacks. This select group has won 12 bowl game MVP awards,including six Rose Bowl MVPs. In addition, three (Damon Huard, CaryConklin and Don Heinrich) have been on NFL championship teams andanother (Warren Moon) led his team to a record five straight Grey Cup titlesin the CFL.
