START/STOP (on/off)This button is generating the disinfectant.You have to use the disinfectant more than 15 seconds because the normal disinfectant is supplied after 10 seconds. Also, you can use with footstep switch for same functions. (After using, you have to step on the footstep switch once again to stop the flow. When you connect the power plug, power is switched on.

Cleaning

When you press the cleaning button, water is supplied for 2 minutes and cleans inside the device automatically.

When cleaning, any buttons (except on the power and start/stop) button are not operated.

Please plug in the power cord and check a short beep sound. (It will be in standby mode.)

Step on the footstep switch to generate the disinfectant. You have to use the disinfectant more than 15 seconds because the normal

disinfectant is supplied after 10 seconds.

You can sterilize and deodorize any object and place without any harmful effects.

After using, you have to step on the footstep switch once again to stop the device. If not, the device will be stopped automatically after

40 seconds. If you want more after 40 seconds, just step on the footstep switch once again.

It sterilizes and deodorizes a bad smells on your hand and body. It is mainly used in food processing such as fish or meat. You can effectively use this device before & after work.

NaOClean has been shown to be highly effective in disinfecting bacteria such as E.coli, S.aureus, V.parahaemolyticus and S.typhi by washing hand.

It effectively removes bacteria and bad odor from the rotten fish, meat and other foods. Also, it sterilizes dirty knives, cutting board, dishes, spoon, fork, cup and etc.Wash out them with NaOClean wa-ter. If the smells are strong, soak for more than 10 minutes.

(Wash out once with tap water if you are worried about something problems.)

It disinfects dishtowel, working clothes, caps, boots, and removes bad odor such as fishy smell by soaking them for 5~10 minutes in NaOClean water. It is more effective to hand-rub them. (Be cautious as the solution may bleach the colored textiles.)

You can sterilize many kinds of bacteria on the surface of fruit, cucumber, lettuce, sesame leaf, ingredients, process-ing food and seafood. Soak them for 3~5 minutes and then, you can rinse only once, while the drug has to rinse for several times (4~5).

Recommended applications

Note of caution when installing

1. Do not install this device in the area where ventilation does not function properly, or in oily, smoky, humid, dusty, and water splashing places.

2. Install the device in a flat ground so that the device maintains level and avoids danger of falling.

3. Install the device in a place with surrounding temperature of 5~40℃ and humidity must be less than 95% RH. It must be protected from a freezing trouble.

4. You have to use an ap-proved single socket. Do not use a multi-socket.

※ If a grounded socket is not available, make sure to connect the ground wire to a grounding pole of the floor or grounding connector. (metal pipes)

※ Do not ground the device to a gas pipe or an antenna.

※ Check the device operates normally when the installation completely finished.

Cautions


If the surrounding temperature drops to below zero degrees, stop using the device. If the device is not used for a long time, press the Cleaning button to clean inside the device (automatically) and completely drain water in the tank.

1. Only use clean water such as tap water that complies with the drinking water regulations.

2. Install Water softer when hard underground water is used, or install a filter to re-move many impurities.

3. Water pressure: more than 1.5kgf/㎠, less than 7.0kgf/㎠

4. Supply adequate amount of water by setting the Water volume control valve.

※If the water supply is inadequate due to low-pressure, the concentration of the disinfectant will be high. So, supply appropriate amount of water.

How to assemble faucet

Please loosen the two screws on the back cover which shows on the picture.

please put hose through the faucet body and fasten ④ unit with ⑤ unit.

Please assemble the hose with unit ⑥ and pull the hose from the body so the unit ⑥ can stick to the faucet body (⑤) as shown on the picture.

Please fasten unit ⑦ with faucet body (⑤) and close the back cover and fasten screws.

Please take out the hose from the body, and put the rings and nut in order. (ex. bottom ① -> ② -> ③)

Please place the hose to origin place, and fasten ④ unit with nut (①) from thop of the hose.

How to assemble footstep

After installation, please folow the procedure in order on the below.

Please make saline solution following the direction on page 18.

First, step on the footstep switch to generate disinfectant. Open the back cover and adjust the Water volume control valve to make

indicator shows the number range between 25 and 28. (Closing the valve will cause the number increase, openning the valve will casue

the number decrease.)

After finishing the adjustment, please close the back cover and fasten screws.

Please find the footstep switch connector on the bottom side and connect with footstep switch. (Please make sure the wire is con-nected through the hole )

Installation for example - Processing line


Keep the personal hygiene before & after workNaOClean helps to keep the personal hygiene by removing dirt and bacteria before and after work. It is mainly used in fish, meat and food processing plants for washing hand and others. With one movement, you can effectively sterilize all kind of items such as rubber gloves, boots and utensils. Also, it deodorizes fishy and rotten smells effectively.

- You have to rinse the saline solution inside the each component by pressing the Cleaning button twice a month. It prevents the device from corroding and will extend the life of device.- If you don’t use the device for a long time, empty the Saline solution tank and clean it. (Please handle it with care.)

Management after using


1. Pull the Connecting hose in the tank by hand.2. Loosen the filter and nipple from the hose.3. Clean the filter with tap water.4. After cleaning, insert originally.

Check valve prevents flowing backward of the saline solution or disinfectant during the device is operating.

Loosen the nut and disassemble the hose.Direct the arrow sign on the check valve to the top and reassemble the hoses.Loosen the nut a little and push the connection hose all the way in. Tightening the nut will firmly hold the hose.

※Any foreign substance inside the Saline solution supply hose will damage the function of the check valve. Also, it may result backflow of the solution and damage of parts. ※Please put the Saline solution supply hose into the end, or it will cause leakage.

Cautions before using salt

3. Making saline solution

Please create regulated amount of saline solution.(Refined salt 2kg : Water 20L)

Use only salt with more than 88% salinity that is refined and devoid of any impurities.

Never use table salt processed by adding citric acid or amino acid or roasted salt.

Never use the salt for picking or bay salt that have high amount of impurities.

Making saline solution

You might encounter error although you use the regulated amount of saline solution because it may vary depending on the water quality and temperature. To solve this problem, you have to reduce the amount of salt or add the tap water to lower the salt concentration.

Pour tap water and salt inside the tank and create regulatedamount of saline solution. ※Do not take the tank out entirely because the water line may cause some problems. So, pull out the tank just a little bit and then open the cover.

Stir water to dissolve them completely. (Please be careful of the Water level controller in the tank when you stir them.)

Never mix disinfecting water with other disinfectant, abstergent and chemicals.

(But, it can be used with kitchen detergent in some case.)

If you have sensitive skin, wear protective equipment such as rubber gloves.

Do not use disinfectant in the cultivation of plants, animals, fish and shellfish, etc.

Be careful that the solution may bleach the colored textiles.

Be aware of the Corrosion-resistant table on the right side, so please wash it once with

tap water after using.

Be sure to wash the Metal-drainage-pipe with tap water after using the large amount of

disinfectant, because it may cause corrosion.

Chlorine concentration may be degraded by ultraviolet rays, high temperature or long

period of time.

If the saline solution remains in the tank for an extended period of time, it may cause

corrosion.

If you exceed the available chlorine concentration, rinse with tap water after using the dis-

infectant.

※ Do not use the disinfectant in cooking and drinking water.

※Please do not spray on the materials which are listed on the right table marked as

‘weak’.

Do not use a damaged power cord or a socket.

Do not touch the power plug with a wet hand.

You have to use an approved single socket not a multi-socket.

-The socket may be overheated.

※ Do not use the created solution directly when cooking or as

drinking water.

※ Do not use the solution on sesame seeds.

Measures

1. When the large amounts of disinfectant get into the eyes, hold eye

open and rinse gently with tap water immediately.

2. Move to the place with fresh air when you feel dizzy.

3. When you drink plenty of disinfecting water, drink clean water or milk

and contact the nearest hospital.

※ If any of the follow situations occur, check the cause of the problem and resolve.

Check the saline solution


Cause Action

Supply of saline solution was inadequate because the filter is blocked.

Clean the filter with tap water or exchange it. (Refer to page 17)

No saline solution. Make the saline solution and pour into the tank. (Refer to page 18)

Pump does not work. Request a repair by contacting the seller.

Dilution rate is not correct. Refer to page 18

Saline solution supply hose was blocked or placed up of the tank.

Lay down next to the tank and do not push the hose.

Saline solution is not supplied normally.Turn off the power and check the Saline solution control hose if it backflows or not.And if there’s something wrong, you have to check the pressure in the electrolytic bath.But nothing wrong, exchange the check valve.

Saline solution is not supplied normally because check valve is blocked.

If some debris or residues are left in the Saline solution tank, the components will be damaged. So, you have to clean the tank after using and use prescribed pure salt.
