SituationWarren Mere is located close to the popular village of Thursley, and Guildford only 9 miles away providing more extensive facilities.

Warren MereThe house dates back to the 16th Century and was extensively remodelled in the Arts and Crafts style in 1897 and extended in 1909 by Sir Edwin Lutyens, widely regarded as the greatest architect of his age.

It is approached by a long driveway which leads through wrought iron gates terminating in a wide turning area in front of the house.

The house sits perfectly, surrounded by its magnificent grounds, first laid down by the celebrated garden designer Gertrude Jekyll.

The interiors have been redesigned in 2002 by Enrica Stabile from L’Utile e il Dilettevole in Milan.

Directions (GU8 6NA)From London or Guildford follow the A3 south towards Portsmouth. About five miles south of Guildford pass the exit for Milford and the A283. After three further miles, take the slip road to Thursley and Bowlhead Green. At the top of the slip road turn right and continue to the end of the road. Turn right and continue back onto the A3. Continue in the hand lane, and after passing the entrance to Warren Park, begin to slow down and take the next left. Continue past the lake on the left hand side and Warren Mere can be found to the right at the fork.
