Strong Industrial MarketMany Broward County companies renewed as well as expanded to take advantage of the South Florida’s growing economy. The overall vacancy rates have decreased while the industrial market remains active with higher rents. With strong absorption & growing rental rates, it is anticipated that Broward County will remain a top industrial market.
