Our range of highly visible angled aisle markers are available with either magnetic or self-adhesive fixings and come in a choice of white or yellow.

Included in the price, the AM1F is supplied with one self-adhesive printed label for the user to apply, the label can be applied to the front or back depending if the marker is to be used right or left handed.

The AM1T is supplied with two printed labels.

Identify block stack areas & aisles, etc.

Designed to identify areas from above, rather than marking the floor or using freestanding signs, these large V angled marker signs give clear identification for codes and barcodes. Manufactured in rigid 3mm styrene with black print on a white sign.

2 standard sizes are available with a face area of 686mm(h) x 660mm(w) or 343mm(h) x 660mm(w). Special sizes are also available.

3 way hanging markers allows clear all roundidentification for aisles and block stacking areas within the workplace. Price includes the printing of either 1 or 2 digits per side. Please specify digits required when ordering, can be alpha or numerical digits.

Clear Identification

Our high visibility Bay Markers offer clearidentification throughout the warehouse. A formed aluminium section with either a magnetic or self-adhesive edge, enables the marker to be easily mounted onto steel racking without drilling. When locations need to be changed the magnetic marker can simply be lifted and relocated.

Our magnetic and self-adhesive label holders are supplied from stock in pre-cut lengths but special sizes can be supplied on request. Each holder is supplied with white card inserts and a cover strip. Pre-printed inserts can also be supplied for each of the holders incorporating barcodes and location codes. This multi-purpose black magnetic strip can be used to help colour coding identification, gridding tape and also offer the possibility of stamping out any desired characters or shapes.

Our black Marker Pen is unlike most marker pens due to its unique Wet Wipe quality. Most pens of this type are either permanent or wipe off, whereas the Beaverswood pen’s ink, once dried, needs a damp cloth for it to be removed. Using permanent ink removes the benefit of having a reusable label and using a pen with removable ink means that the text can be removed by accident by someone touching the label as they pass.

A range of document pockets to suit most environments with magnetic or self-adhesive fixings. Also available as clip on and tie on to suit wire bins and cages.

The adhesive pockets are supplied with an aggressive adhesive tape along the top and bottom edge (A7 pocket has tape along the top edge only) for a permanent fixing.

The magnetic pockets are supplied with a magnetic strip along the top, so that they can be simply lifted and relocated when necessary.

Waste management problems are easily solved with the racksack. Suitable for most warehouse racking systems, the racksack quickly fixes to the end of your racking frame.

The racksack is designed for most racking and shelving systems between 900mm and 1100mm. Once full, racksacks can be removed and emptied with ease.

The racksack has been thoughtfully developed so that it will not intrude into valuable warehouse space. When hung it has a large open mouth to easily receive waste, yet its tapered design enables it to hardly encroach into the floor area.

Originally designed for the warehouse the racksack’s flexible method of ‘S’ locator fixing means it can be can be hung over or hooked onto any substrate. That’s why the racksack has quickly established itself a place in other industrial areas such as factories, offices or anywhere where waste has become a problem.

Made from tough waterproof polyester the racksack can adequately withstand the rigours of an industrial environment.

Three strong handles are woven into the edge of the sack, one on each side for carrying and one on the base, so that the sack can be easily tilted from the base and emptied.

A simple system of identification for picking bins, that will save time and money and help eliminate those costly picking errors.

Each pocket size 120x100mm wide (internal size 110x95mm wide) has a unique self-adhesive hinge along the top edge.

This hinge is adhered to the underside of the bin, directly above that to be identified.

The pocket label can have a barcode incorporated, and even a picture of the component to be picked. Two labels can be used, so that when the bin is empty, the labels are reversed, highlighting that the component is out of stock. Labels not included, contact the sales office for further details.

With this is mind Pallet Topper, a pyramid shaped warning sign is designed to sit on top of a pallet, highlighting the fact that other pallets must not be stacked on your consignment. The clever design of Pallet Topper enables it to be firmly secured to the pallet strapping either during or after it has been strapped. Where a pallet is covered in clear stretch wrap, Pallet Topper can happily be wrapped inside the film, but still remains highly visible. Signage & Labelling

Due to the inherent weight, size and loads that modern day racking can attain, they must be checked regularly to ensure the safety of staff and visitors in the vicinity. Our racking tag holders are designed to be fixed to the crossbeams of the racking and display a racking safety message.A checklist on the racking insert describes the checks which must be made to the racking with a space for the inspection details to be recorded. An area is available for completion should intermediate work be required, whereas the insert should be removed totally if the racking is deemed unsafe to display the ‘Do Not Use, Unsafe Racking’ message.

All ladders should be checked daily prior to use for any damage faults or wear and tear. In addition they should be inspected at defined intervals as part of a risk assessment programme. Use these inserts to manage the identification, safety and maintenance of ladders and help conform to the Work at Height Regulations 2005.The Asset Tag Holder should be permanently fixed to the ladder in a suitable safe place. Perform an inspection of the ladder (a checklist is printed on the reverse) and record the result on the tag. If the ladder fails the inspection, remove insert and inform a supervisor.

Our universal Equipment Inspection record assists an employer to comply with legislative requirements to inspect and maintain equipment at suitable periods as deemed appropriate by risk assessment. The insert has clearly defined areas to record equipment identification or reference numbers, alongside an inspection record. This allows a user instant access to important safety information.Should equipment fail inspection for any reason, the tag can be removed to clearly display the message ‘Do No Use This Equipment’ which is printed on the border.

By ensuring that Lockout Tagout procedures are followed the risk of such incidents and accidents can be prevented.One of the most common occurrences of this happening is when an operator unknowingly activates equipment currently undergoing maintenance, causing harm to the operator and/or the maintenance personnel. By physically preventing the operator activating the equipment (Lockout) and highlighting that the equipment is unsafe for use (Tagout) thisaction can be prevented.

Simply send a sketch of the board required telling us what size* you require (standard and special sizes available), what you want printing, colours and quantity. Once you place an order we will produce artwork and send you a pdf copy for approval before we go into production.

Our printing technology allows for permanent colouring of the whiteboard panel. The ink is heated and fused into the surface of the board, leaving a scratch free surface. The printing allows for extremely accurate graphic reproductions ensuring vivid and bright printing.

Installation - Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Sale

BASIS FOR SALEAll goods sold by The Company are sold subject to these conditions and these conditions shall be the sole terms and conditions of any sale by The Company to the Customer. Terms and conditions on the Customer’s order form or other document or otherwise shall not be binding on The Company. Amendments, variations or additions to the Contract are binding only if confirmed in writing by The Company.

ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS2.i Upon receipt of the Customer’s order The Company will confirm price, quantities and estimated delivery date.

2.ii Orders are accepted by The Company subject to the availability of goods for delivery.

2.iii All drawings, photographs, illustrations, performance data, dimensions, weights and other technical information and particulars of the goods are given by The Company in the belief that they are as accurate as reasonably possible but are not to be treated as binding or forming part of the Contract. The Company reserves the right to alter the design and specifications of the goods at any time without notice.

PRICE3.i Prices may be increased where there are increases in the materials prices, or other charges of The Company.

3.ii The price is exclusive of Value Added Tax and all other taxes, duties and expenses in respect of the goods, all of which shall be payable by the Customer.

3.iii Prices are ex-works and do not include delivery unless otherwise advised by The Company.

DELIVERY4.i Any dates stated for despatch or delivery of the goods are approximate only and The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage, either direct, indirect or consequential, resulting from such delay or failure to deliver the goods for any reason.

4.ii Any delay in delivering the goods shall not give any rise to a right by the Customer to treat the Contract as repudiated or to reject the goods.

4.iii If the Customer refuses or fails to take delivery of the goods at the time stated for delivery The Customer shall in addition pay all costs and expenses of such storage and any additional costs of carriage incurred.

4.iv The Customer shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall notify The Company in writing within three (3) days of any shortages or any damage in transit.

4.v The Company will not consider any claims made by the Customer in respect of shortages or damage in transit unless these conditions are observed.

RISK AND TITLE5.i The risk of loss and damage to the goods shall pass to the Customer immediately upon delivery.5.ii Until The Company has been paid in full for all the goods supplied to the Customer, The Company under this Contract, or any other between them and for all other sums due, The Company shall retain legal and beneficial title to the goods which the Customer shall hold as bailie and fiduciary for The Company.5.iii Nothing in this clause shall prevent The Company from suing for the price when due.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY6.i The Company warrants that, insofar as they have been manufactured by The Company, the goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. The Company will at its option refund the purchase price of, or repair or replace free of charge, such part of the goods which its examination confirms are defective provided:

6.ii The defect was notified to The Company within three (3) days from the date of delivery, or (where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure and in any event within (6) months of delivery.

6.iii The defects are not caused by fair wear and tear, neglect, misuse or improper adjustment.

6.iv The Customer has used the goods strictly in accordance with any instructions or recommendations of The Company.

6.v In no circumstance shall the Customer be entitled to reject the goods, delay acceptance or refuse payment of the price.

6.vi Except as expressly provided for in these conditions, all warranties and conditions expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise as to quality or fitness of any of the goods for any particular purpose or of any other kind except as to title are hereby excluded.

6.vii Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by The Company’s negligence, or by the goods being defective and in respect of loss or damage to private property caused by the goods being defective. The Company shall not be liable to the Customer by reason of any representtion, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Contract, for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss or profit or otherwise), costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by The Company its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out or in connection with the supply of the goods to their use or resale by the Customer, except as expressly provided in these conditions.

GOVERNING LAWThe construction, validity and performance of the Contract shall be governed by English Law and the parties shall accept the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We require unobstructed access to the installationsite from 8.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m each working day of installation.

We require a named Project Manager available to resolve any problems that may arise during the entire installation period.

Any standing time beyond our control will be chargeable.

We reserve the right to refuse an order should a site inspection or other factors reveal unexpected conditions.

We need to be advised of all health and safetyrequirements two weeks prior to the installation date.

In cold store installations, the customer must provide suitable clothing for the installers.
