School News * Year 6 High School Testing Friday 19 June in our School Library. * Recently we have had a few children borrow clothes from the office. If you could please wash and return to school that would be greatly appreciated. A blue note is sent home with children advising what they have borrowed and to be returned. *Our Library is looking for Barbie Doll donations for the children. If you have any to donate they can be handed in at the office. * From Term 3 will be changing the Newsletter - exciting times ahead!!. If you do not give permission to publish your child’s photo please contact the office.
Class News from 2/3D On the 4th June, 2/3D got to meet Brickman from 'Lego Masters!' Then, along with students from other schools, 2/3D took part in a Lego challenge to see who could build the tallest tower in 20 minutes. The student worked individually and in pairs to build incredible towers. Indi S won the challenge and everyone had lots of fun. Mrs Durston
CANTEEN IS REOPENING!! With great excitement the canteen is reopening this Thursday and Friday with a temporary menu for the remainder of Term 2. We ask that you send your child to school with their order and money in an envelope, zip lock bag, or whatever you have. As Parents and Carers are not yet allowed back on site, if your child needs help with ordering, please write the order out for them. Lunch and recess by order only, no counter service during these times. Please see attached menu. If you are interested in volunteering in the canteen please contact Megan on 0439 172 288 or send an email to the P&C at [email protected] Our Uniform Shop is operating on a Friday morning from the hall 9.00 am - 9.30 am. We have Covid safe measures in place. We have been unable to source another supplier of bootleg pants for girls so these are being phased out. We have alternative options of fleecy track pants or our new style microfibre track pants. These are both unisex. We have some sizes in bootlegs left but no size 8’s. Any questions about uniforms or volunteering in the shop please call Kellee on - 0401 842 073. Thanks to everyone who has placed a pie drive order. Orders need to be in today so we can ring through the final order to Thompson’s tomorrow.
