Trevor Garner's Statement in Regard to Tom Leykis Recently, Tom Leykis allegedthat I was an "obsessed fan", filed a restraining order against me, and even ran toTMZ to have them do a story on it. This is the statement of Trevor Garner, as pre-

pared by and through his attorney Scott R. L. DeHaan, regarding this matter.Trevor Garner is in his own right, a radio personality. Garner hosts an internet

podcast talk show, just like Tom Leykis does. Garner is the self-entitled shock jockhost of TrevorsHappyHour.com, a semi-nightly podcast broadcast on the internet.Garner received a cell phone number belonging to Tom Leykis, which was once

posted on the internet by Tom Leykis himself. Garner called Leykis twice intendingto do a spoof/gag with him on his internet podcast show, TrevorsHappyHour.com.When Leykis realized he was the subject of a gag on TrevorsHappyHour.com, hebecame enraged. "How dare another internet jock spoof Tom Leykis? Challenge

Tom Leykis in his own domain..." Leykis, jealous and threatened by Trevor Garner'suprising talent and challenge to his own sagging radio career, took action throughthe courts to try and protect his fragile ego and fame. Knowing that the contacts

were protected by freedom of speech and freedom of the press laws, Leykis and hisattorney dreamed up this scenario of "deranged fan", in an attempt to boost Leykis'

own fame. At the same time, he felt he was discrediting his competition for topinternet shock jock and audience. Leykis' claims of 200 calls to his program are

simply preposterous and outright lies. They were concocted to support his requestfor the restraining order. In reality, two calls were made to the phone of Leykis. His

program had not been contacted since June 2016. These facts will be proven at trialwith phone records. It's sad that Tom Leykis fame and audience have diminished so

far, that he feels the need to fabricate and spin Trevor's harmless spoof into aneffort to get publicity and hold down his podcast competition. Trevor repeats his

challenge to Leykis to dominate him on the internet."

Who Am I?I hope everyone's Thanksgiving was wonderful, filled with family, lots

of food & a gratitude list with so many things and people on it. I'malways amazed w/mother nature all day, starting from the splash ofcolor that comes with a sunrise, to sunsets. Mother Nature is a truegift giver, and with many people I meet. When I leave my house my

attitude is, "I'm going to see old friend and meet new ones along theway!" The best part of family coming is when they go home!! My familywill get a hotel room nearby. Remember the old saying, "Houseguestsand fish have one thing in common- they both start to smell after 2days!" So, when you pullout the sofa bed from your couch, do NOT

replace the mattress or add more padding. Let them feel that metal barthat lies right in the middle of their back!! The 2nd morning, greet themwith a smile and a cup of coffee, and a telephone book. (Yes, there aresome of us that actually use & not google from my phone. With a smilesay, " Aw, you didn't sleep so well, here, let's find you a hotel room!!!Good Luck! Don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings, you probablyalready did when you didn't offer to let them take your bed. had very good posture. For myself, well let's say I won a few wet t-shirtcontests in my time. as for my sister, she was mad at Dad because she

never really grew, but did have nipples that could dial a telephone!I'll be out at the Cadillac Ranch this Friday or Saturday evening- I hope
