Task 1: 3D Shape Hunt
You are going to be shape detectives and go on a 3D
shape hunt! Have a look for 3D shapes in everyday
objects around your house, your garden, or even if you
are on a walk with your grown-up. Draw and label the objects that you find on your shape hunt alongside the correct 3D shape (see the worksheet attached).
Task 2: Sorting Everyday 3D Shapes
For your second activity, you are going to sort the everyday objects attached below.
You can use the templates attached to sort the 3D shapes or you can make your own,
it’s up to you! Once you have finished sorting the objects, add in some of your
own by drawing and labelling them.
