CEO: Michael T. Duke

59 Years OldMr. Duke is the President and CEO of Wal-Mart and has served in that position since February 1, 2009. Prior to this appointment, he held other positions with Wal-Mart since joining the Company in July 1995 as senior vice president of logistics later becoming the Company's executive vice president of logistics , including Vice Chairman with responsibility for Wal-Mart International beginning in September 2005 and Executive Vice President and President and CEO of Walmart US beginning in April 2003. Mr. Duke has been a member of the Board since November 2008.

S. Robson Walton: ChairmanHe went to College of Wooster, Ohio.Executive summary: Wal-Mart Chairman, world's 10th richest man Rob Walton, Sam Walton's eldest son, officially took over as Wal-Mart's Chairman two days after his father's death from bone cancer. He had grown up in the family megacorporation, first as a member of the law firm representing the company and following that a series of executive posts.

John Fleming: CMO

He has been Chief Marketing Officer for nearly 4 years.Fleming is a rising star at Wal-Mart. He is credited with building Walmart.com into one of the top three online retailers, and won a big vote of confidence when he stepped in to mop up in the wake of Roehm

H. Lee Scott: President

Scott was born and raised in Baxter Springs, Kansas and graduated with a degree in business from Pittsburg State University in Kansas. He is married to Linda G. Scott and has two children. The family has residences in Arkansas. Scott was named to the TIME magazine list of the hundred "most influential people" in 2004 and 2005. He originally joined WALMART in 1979.

Frank Yiannas

Frank Yiannas oversees all food safety, as well as other public health functions, for the world's largest food retailer, Wal-Mart.  Frank’s scope of responsibilities includes food safety oversight of Wal-Mart’s stores, Neighborhood Markets, and Sam’s Clubs.  Training and education of thousands of Associates, hundreds of food suppliers, and a number of critical regulatory compliance issues also come under his purview.Prior to joining Wal-Mart in 2008, Frank was the Director of Safety & Health for the Walt Disney World Company, where he worked for 19 years.  In 2001, under his tenure, Walt Disney World received the prestigious Black Pearl Award for corporate excellence in food safety by the International Association for Food Protection.

FUTURE?

"We'll continue to add discount storesto the portfolio"said Tom Schoewe, "So that in total here in the United States we are adding basically a store or a CLUB per day; 365 in total for the year... ", "Right here in the United States we talked about adding 240 to 250 supercenters. That is a big deal....",

 -having the truck drivers on task-having a schedule for everything-having different levels of mangers that know their job and do it

LEADERSHIP

-Wal-Mart's goal for the company is to have every thing cheap so people can buy more and worry less about money.                 -Same for Sam's club for they are run by the same company and person.
