    WALLABY EVOLUTION

    Thank you for purchasing a Polisport productSo that your outdoor excursions become moments of pleasure and happiness, we havecreated the Wallaby Baby Seat having in mind your childs safety and comfortA reclining system was developed for the Wallaby Baby Seat, which allows for the regula-tion of the back in three positions in order to give your child better comfort when going

    out with you.The Wallaby Baby Seat is adjustable to mountain bicycles, Trekking and City Bikes. For thispurpose we developed a system of regulation of the forward and backward movement ofthe baby seat in order to improve safety when riding in dierent terrainsIn order to preserve Nature, Polisport uses non harmful materialsThe Polisport family wishes you plenty and pleasant rides

    MAINTENANCEThe maintenance of the baby- seat is simple. For good working conditions and to preserveappearance we advise that you carry out the following:- Check regularly the tting system of the baby seat to the bicycle, namely the screws;- Inspect the safety belts and other components to check they are working eectively;- Inspect the cleanliness of the baby seat from time to time. When dirty, wash with soap andwater (do not use abrasives, corrosives or toxic products);- The wadding can be washed with lukewarm soapy water. Hung up to dry.

    MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONSBaby seat was built to be used on bic ycles with 26 to 28 wheels and round tubular framewith 28 up to 35.1. Remove the wallaby evolution from the packaging and p lace it as shown in photo.2. Pull the plates until open.3. Open the seat back to the furthest position.4. Keeping the seat back in this position, put the red keys according to the photo, makingthem pass through the holes of the seat back and seat bottom. Rotate until you hear aclick.Note: the keys must be turned only in the direction shown in the photo5. Close the plates to x the position of the seat back.6. Put the plastic support block and the metal plate xed around the bicycle tube, at thehighest possible position on the bicycle frame in order to prevent the Wallaby evolution,

    when placed on the bicycle, from touching the bicycles wheel.7. Start tightening the screws with the longer part of the key in the direction shown inthe picture.8. Adjust the screws with the shortest part of the screw driver, so that the support blockdoes not rotate or slide down the bicycle frame.Note: after the 1st and 2nd use, you must verify and rectify the fastening of the screws.9. Fit the metallic bracket through the holes of the support block, until the safety springmakes a click.10. Adjust the second safety belt to the bicycle frame. The belt must be under tension.11. To remove the wallaby press the red safety spring and lift the wallaby.

    FUNCTIONING INSTRUCTIONS1. The seat can be adjusted in four dierent positions regarding the bicycle2. In order to select the wanted back position, open the safety spring and choose from oneof the positions A, B or C.3. The seat has a marking of the centre of the gravity. After tting the child seat to a bicyclethis marking should be a maximum of 10cm behind the rear wheel axle, making this ad-justment through the alteration of the position of the baby seat in one of the 4 po sitions

    available.4. In order to put the seat in one of the four possible positions regarding the bicycle, pullthe holder that is under the seat.5. Rotate the holder into the desired position, allowing the forward or back movement ofthe seat6. Once selected the position of the seat, push until you hear a click7. To remove the seat belt, press and pull.8. The seat belt must be adjusted to the child so it does not disturb or hurt her, in such a waythat the child is secure on the wallaby seat. The adjustment of the length of the seat belt isdone on the rear of the seat back, by sliding the belt through the existing buckles.9. To regulate the height of the footrests in relation to the seat bottom and bearing in mindthe size of the child, lift the red plates, on the rear of the footrests.10. Select one of the 9 indicated positions to guarantee the support of the feet so theydo not hang.11. Once selected the position, lower the plate until you hear a click

    12. To guarantee the safety of your baby you must keep the belt always adjusted so yourchild will not run the risk of hurting herself. You must adjust the belt of the footrests, by re-moving it from the notch and adjust it to the childs feet without disturbing or hurting her.

    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS1. The rider must be at least 16 years of age;2. The baby seat is only suitable for transport of c hildren with a maximum weight of 48.5 lbs/ 22 kgs, with an age limit of 7 years and check the childs weight regularly. Do not carry achild that weighs more than this weight.3. Do not carry a child, who is less than 12 months of age, in this baby seat. To be a pas-senger, the child must be able to sit up straight with the head held upright while wearinga bicycle helmet. A doctor should be consulted about any child who is of questionabledevelopmental age.4. Do not install this baby seat on a racing style bicycle (drop handlebar).

    5. Secure child in baby seat ensuring all safety belts and straps are applied rmly but not sotight as to cause discomfort to the child; Make sure the seat stays slightly reclined towardsthe back and not towards the front, to avoid the child from slippingThe baby seat must never be used before adjusting the safety belt.6. Do not permit any part of the childs body or clothing, shoelaces, baby seat belts, etc. tocome in contact with moving parts of the bicycle.7. You are recommended to mount the seat on bicycles coming supplied with wheel-cov-ers, in order to prevent the child from inserting his feet or hands into the wheels spokes.It is also recommended to use a saddle-cover or a saddle with internal springs, in order toprevent the child from crushing his ngers in the saddle springs.

    8. Dress the child with warmer clothes and put him an appropriate helmet.9. The seat has a marking of the centre of the gravity. After tting a child seat to a bicycle thismarking shall be a maximum of 10 cm behind the rear wheel axle, making this adjustmentthrough the alteration of the position of the baby seat in one of the 4 positions available.10. When the baby seat is not in use, fasten the waist buckle of the security harness toprevent the straps from dangling and entering in contact with some turning part of thebicycle as wheels, brakes, etc. to presenting a hazard to the cyclist.11. For safety reasons any modication of the seat is not advisable.12. Never leave a child in the seat unattended.13. Dont carry supplementary luggage that surpasses the load capacity of the bicycle,never bringing the supplemental luggage in the baby seat. In case you cant do without it,carry it in front of the driver.14. The rider should pay special attention to the dierent performance of the bicycle whenthe baby seat is being used.15. Check regularly the condition of the screws and substitute them if necessary; dont usethe baby seat if any part is broken.16. The position of the baby seat must be adjusted so that the bicycle rider does not touchthe baby seat with the feet when in motion.17. The weight of the rider and the child carried must never be more than the maximumload allowed for your bicycle.18. Must protect any pointy object of the bicycle that may in any situation be reached bythe child

    19. The seat and padding can get hot if under the sun for a long time. Make sure that theyarent too hot before seating the child.20. When transporting the bike on luggage racks or bicycle racks on the car roof or bootdoor, always take o the bike. The drag could damage it or tear it o the bike.21. Verify that the seat functions correctly when mounted.22. Check the laws and regulations in force in your country.

    ENTRETIENLentretien du porte bb est simple et ne ncessite pas de soins particuliers. Cependantnous vous conseillons de respecter les consignes suivantes:- Vrier rgulirement les xations du porte bb sur le vlo;- Nettoyer laide dun chion avec de leau et du savon. Ne p as utiliser de produits abrasifs,corosifs ou toxiques;

    - Vrier le bon tat des ceintures de scurit;- Le coussin peut tre lav avec de leau tide et du savon. Scher lhorizontal.

    INSTRUCTION DE MONTAGELe porte bb a t conu pour tre utiliz sur bicyclettes quipes de roues de 26/28, etde cadre ayant un diamtre section ronde de 28 35.1. Enlever le wallaby de la bote et le mettre comme indiqu sur photo.2. Ouvrir les pattes de la chaise.3. Pousser le dossier de la chaise jusqu sa position la plus ouverte.4. En maintenant le dossier sur cette position, mettre les cls rouges, en accord avec laphoto, en les faisant passer par les trous de la chaise et du dossier, et tourner jusqu faireclic.Note: la rotation des pices ne doit tre faite que dans le sens indiqu sur la photo.5. Fermer les pattes pour xer la position du dossier.

    6. Fixer le bloc et la plaque mtallique au tube de la bicyclette, dans la position la plushaute possible du cadre pour que le wallaby, aprs tre x, ne touche pas la roue de labicyclette.7. Serrer les vis avec la partie la plus longue de la cl, en croix, comme sur photo.8. Ajuster les vis avec la partie la plus courte de la cl jusqu garantir que la pice ne tourneni glisse au long du cadre de la bicyclette.Note: aprs la premire et deuxime utilization, vrier e/ou rctier le serrage.9. Introduir le support dans les trous du bloc jusqu faire clic.10. Ajuster la deuxime ceinture de scurit au cadre de la bicyclette. La ceinture deveratre sous pression.
