A great finish puts the final touch on any project. Our preconstruction team is available to help you decide

on the right design, material and finish for your new structure. Spancrete® Wall Panels can be color mixed

and matched, and are available in a wide variety of raked, broomed, sandblast and exposed aggregate

finishes. We offer services to help guide decisions on renovations and additions to existing structures, as

well as post-construction maintenance programs.

Spancrete is known for high-quality precast Wall Panels and fast-track construction methods. Our Wall

Panels are delivered as needed and the advantages are clear — rapid, all-weather construction and

reduced on-site congestion. But Spancrete Wall Panels are also engineered to be extremely strong, low-

maintenance, and weather, pest and fire resistant. Because they can be installed vertically or horizontally

Spancrete Wall Panels can be manufactured in a variety of sizes and finishes. The structural wythes are typically 6", 8" or 10" thick with the insulation being 2" to 4" thickness.

Wall panels used in freezer/cooler applications are available with insulation thicknesses up to 4" (10 cm).

Extruded Polystyrene: Values shown are averaged aged values tested at mean 75 deg F per ASTM C578

Poly-isocyanurate: Long Term Thermal Resistance (LTTR) is the 15 year time-weighted average R-value per ASTM C1289.

Spancrete Insulated Wall Panels sandwich panel construction provides insulating values that effectively reduce heating and cooling losses through walls, resulting in increased

energy savings and greater cost efficiency over the life of the building.
