Description: System Materiel’s Management was tasked with a goal of developing a tool to fast-track conversion opportunities. The “Value Analysis Product Evaluation Dashboard” was created which drastically reduced conversion times and served as a tracking tool for senior leadership.
Outcomes: All conversion opportunities have specific time lines and delays in implementation have been eliminated. Our cost reduction goals have been realized.
